CUSTOMERS NEED TO READ

SHIPPING

All items being ordered are shipped to the customer's noted address, Please make sure that it is your current address.
Items being ordered are shipped after the payment has cleared and verified through our Paypal account, Debit and Credit Cards usually processed instantly, checks can take 3-7 Days to clear.

We will send a confirmation email to the contact email that you provided when your order had been shipped, Please allow 1-2 business days for your items to ship.

Receiving of ordered items may take 3-7 days after the purchased. The arrival time may vary due to different factors of shipping scenarios.

If your ordered items did not arrive within the said duration. Please feel free to contact us via e-mail at sales@rhinestonesuperstore.com and we will do our best to help you.

PAYMENTS

All payment are accepted through Paypal which processes Any type of payments for us whether you have an account with them or not.

2.2 Payments are verified upon the day of your purchased, once our team verified your payment we will immediately process your order that same day.

2.3 We also encourage you to attach a note in PAYPAL when making your payment for your desired special request (e.g - colors/size of the specific item). The NOTE should be attached to the payment.

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

3.1 All the PRODUCTS that we are selling are of good quality and condition. Inspected to pass the product quality requirements. We DO NOT allow DAMAGED items to be sold.

3.2 In the case, if you received a FAULTY product in ANY form possible, immediately contact us and send the package back to us with complete packaging.

3.3 The returned item/s will be processed after we get the returned item into our office and will take 7-10 days to be shipped back to you.

3.4 We will not shoulder any FEES (postage and packaging) regarding with a returned item/s.

3.5 In case you did not receive your order within the delivery duration, in whatever situation will be either controlled by us or the shipping company. Please contact us ASAP and we will give an update to you what happened to your ordered items.

3.6 We will check into the shipping company the reason why you did not get your products started with the shipping duration through email and we may issue or we may offer REFUNDS to the ordered items that had not been shipped due to damage or any form of quality degradation.
